Use and service conditions.
Before booking please read the terms and conditions. At the moment of booking with us, you legally accept the terms and conditions. These conditions are valid for people making this reservation and for all people involved in this reservation.
1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Reservations must be done online through our website www.salzburgcab.com If you make the reservation you accept the terms and conditions in your name and for each person of the group.
The person who makes the booking must be an adult (more than 18 years old).
We only accept online reservations until 12hrs before your transfer desired date.
Salzburg Cab is not responsible for errors made with our services due to false or missing information on the booking.
The final payment of the reservation will be made at the end of each transfer. You can use Credit cards secure on the online payment system.
Your reservation will only be valid if you receive a confirmation e-mail. This is normally done within 24 hours.
Transfer reservations through our online service are always handled in Austria mainland time (GMT+2.00).

2. PRICES
Salzburg Cab reserves its right to update its price-list without any further notice.
The shown prices on the price-list are final prices, all supplements, payments and taxes included.
The prices not depending on the passenger numbers.
All services are made with respecting the final agreed price.
Payments to the driver must be in cash (Euros only) on arrival at the destination. If your transfer is return, please pay the total balance on arrival at the destination.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MADE BY THE PASSENGER
In case you have to change or modify the reservation, you have to do so by e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS.
Cancellations meeting the terms outlined above will be refunded using the same method of payment and currency used at time of purchase.
If you cancel 24 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the transfer indicated on your booking voucher are NOT subject to return.
If your booking is made less than 24 hours before pick up, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking.

We cannot guarantee that all changes can be made, yet we will try at all times to adapt to your wishes.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MADE BY SALZBURG CAB
Salzburg Cab reserves its right to cancel your booking even though it is confirmed in case of the following reasons:
• The address of destination is not the same one as on your reservation.
• If you do not indicate the transport of animals on your reservation form
• If your luggage is bigger than the one indicated on your reservation.
• If the number of people is greater than the one agreed.
• If the destination address is incorrect, and for this reason we cannot guarantee a good service.
• If a passenger is disturbing the Carrier’s staff.
• If a passenger’s behaviour threatening the safety of the staff or other passengers.
• If a passenger’s behaviour disrupts the transfer.
• If the driver estimates that a passenger may cause any safety issues.
• If a passenger is any way ruining the cleanliness of the vehicle (food, drinks, etc.).
• If any of the passengers clearly appears to be intoxicated.
5. DELAY
The Price includes 45 Minutes waiting time for Airport pick ups and 15 minutes for all other pick up points.Please note that waiting time and parking charges may apply after the free waiting time period has ended.
If your delayed 15 minutes we do not charge any surcharge to your booking.
Salzburg Cab reserves its right to invoice an additional amount if the waiting time is more than 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time on your return to the destination.
For Airport Pickups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall (meeting point) with a sign with your name (please switch on your mobile once landed).
For Train Station Pickups, The driver will be waiting in front of Info Point office with Passenger Name Board.
For Address pickups, the driver will be waiting in front of the door. If there are parking restrictions, he will be waiting around pickup location (the closest spot).
We inform you that by Law we cannot collect guests in the areas of Hallstatt City Centre. Pick up and Drop off will be Park 1 in Hallstatt.
6. LUGGAGE AND OTHER CONDITION.
The person making the booking must specify all luggage equipment, including the following: Surf / Ski boards, golf clubs, bikes, baby carts, domestic animals or other large articles, so that we can make sure that the vehicle has enough space. If at your arrival your equipment does not correspond to that indicated on your reservation form, exceeding the capacity of the boot, you will have to pay for extra cost of transporting the extra luggage.
Any extra or special luggage (Ex. golf clubs, ski boards, bicycles) must be disclosed on booking. We will not be responsible to carry any extra luggage that was not declared.

The maximum allowed passenger number per Limousine is four people, children and babies count as adults. If you need child seat/s, please indicate it on the reservation form.
All your personal details will be totally deleted after our service.
7. INSURANCE AND GUARANTEES.
• We are a fully licensed Austrian Taxi transfer company.
• Our company is fully insured, having all the insurances requested by the Austrian law through the international insurance company.
• The transfer passenger and their luggage are fully insured.
• We are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by external reasons (ex: weather conditions and traffic).
• If the tour operator is directly responsible for the delay (the vehicle breaks down, empty tank, etc.), the passengers will be compensated for the costs of transport. In case a Passenger has to use another type of transport due to the Tour operator’s fault, the costs of the alternative transportation will be compensated for only if such new transportation has been arranged by the Tour operator or in cooperation with the Tour operator.
8. OTHER
• Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not allowed in our vehicles.
• We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to transport clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be a risk to our driver.
• We reserve the right to decline to transport your party due to health and safety specifications.
• Customers are required to have baby seats when they have baby with them prior to travelling.
• We reserve the right to depart your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre arranged pick up time.
• Company reserves all the rights to change the model of the booked car or van without prior notice of the passenger.
• If a Passenger fails to appear, he/she will be charged the total amount for the transfer.
• Any legal proceeding with the company will be held in Landesgricht Salzburg- Austria (Proventional Court Salzburg-Austria).
If any of these circumstances should cause a cancelation or an unexpected termination of the transfer, the passengers’ items will be taken out and they will be asked to leave the vehicle. In such circumstances, the Tour operator keeps the entire amount paid for the transfer.
